Puppy Talk

This application looked so cute. Unfortunately, it doesnt work like the application description leads you to believe. The description says the puppy will talk - mine only moves its mouth and blinks its eyes but wont say anything. I have gone over all the settings for the application to no avail. I even went online looking for technical support without success. Cute idea - bad execution.
